IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All orders have a 1 to 3 day processing time. Once the order has been placed, there are no amendments allowed, so please look over your order before confirming your purchase.

At the time of checkout, double-check your address because we are not responsible for ensuring its accuracy. If the incorrect address is used to ship your goods, we are not liable. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost again if your shipment is returned to us.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Information:

LOCAL PICK-UP OPTION:

All hair extensions are made to order, thus your order will be shipped from our vendor straight to the pick-up site, which takes up to 10-14 working days to arrive, and you can thereby collect.

All hair products are available after the order is placed and can be picked up immediately at the pick-up point.

UK DELIVERY:

£9.99 on all orders.

All hair extensions are made to order, therefore expected delivery times can range from 10-14 working days (after processing time). We do not offer fast-track or express shipping. Hair orders are either sent via Royal Mail tracked or DHL delivery.

UK DELIVERY:

Standard (3-5 business days): £3.99

Next day: £6.99

Depending on the shipping method selected, all products/accessories will be delivered within 1-5 working days (after processing time).

AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmational email containing your order number.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an additional email containing your Royal Mail/DHL tracking number, which you can use to keep track and stay updated regarding the location of your package.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or compromised packing once an order is in the hands of Royal Mail/DHL. If you encounter any issues, kindly get in touch with your local post office.

COVID-19

Due to COVID-19, some orders may take longer to arrive due to potential delays in shipment, if this is the case, we will email you to notify you of the status of your order.
