RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY



Precious Hair Company understands that occasionally we make purchases that we are not 100% happy with. To ensure this, we offer full refunds for specific products purchased from our website (excluding delivery fee)

To be eligible for a return, ALL items must be unused* and in the same condition as received within 14 working days of the delivered receipt.

*All items must be intact and resalable with original tags and packaging included. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if goods are damaged or distorted, you may not be eligible for a refund or may receive a partial refund.

Products eligible for return:

  • Lace Glue
  • Lace Glue Remover
  • Melt Bands
  • Wax Stick etc.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, alongside the return receipt (we do not cover shipping costs).

Inside your return parcel, your Full Name, Address, and Order Number must be placed inside so we can locate your return.

 

Please hold onto your proof of postage until you receive your refund. When returning your item please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance with your local postal service. If you lose your proof of postage, we may not be able to issue you a refund.

 

Our hair extensions are non-refundable and will not receive a refund under any given circumstances, please check that you complete your purchase with the texture, length, and styles correct before confirming your order.

Sales are FINAL (non-refundable) for:

  • Lace Wigs
  • Lace Frontals
  • Lace Closures
  • Bundles etc.

Once your order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be notified whether your item has been approved for a refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All sale items/gift cards are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

EXCHANGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email precioushair.co@gmail.com if you need to make an exchange.
